Honourable Health Minister Sorry-- R U A GAY?

Now a days u can see our health minister Anbumani Ramodoss vehemently arguing for the elimination of Section 377 of the IPC which crimnalises homosexuality. And his cabinet colleague Labour Minister Oscar Fernandes has also thrown his weight behind Ramodoss.
i m not going into religious or moral aspect to argue my case about homosexuality. i dont understand whyRamoo doss is hell bent on scrapping Sec 377 which punishes illicit, uncanny behaviour of brats who indulges in same sex activity.
National Aids Control Organisation (NACO) says that there are around 25 lakh male homosexuals and around 8 pc of them are infected with HIV. my question is that what is the need of having man to man sex that would lead to hazardous sexual diseases. Is there any dearth of female partners to have (legal) sex with.
The Central govt also seems to keep itself away from the rhetoric of Ramodoss and asked Delhi high court to "ignore" health minister Anbumani Ramadoss's statement favouring scrapping of Section 377.
DONT U GUYS THINK THAT DE-CRIMNALISING HOMOSEXUALITY WOULD LEADS TO CHOAS IN A DECENT AND CULTURAL SOCIETY LIKE OURS.
Homosexual relations are legally still a crime in India under an old British era statute dating from 1860 called Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code which criminalises “carnal intercourse against the order of nature
if Section 377 is abolished it would lead to rapes between same sex, forced slavery and stuff like that.

dont talk about indian culture. Indian straight guys doesnt know how to behave when they go out of the country and see straight people kissing in public or see girls in short skirts. and in india women cannot travel in night alone because of the sex depraved straight men.

gay people in india will meet guys on chat and have sex even if they get married or if there is section 377. and indian closeted people are not aware of safe sex as the law is preventing Hiv groups to reach the closeted gay people in india.

Check out this link on sexual orientation.

It is 21st century where countries like holland , spain and england has laws to protect gay people from homophobia.
and if india continues homophobia through section377, many educated indians will go out of the country and india will remain a country of bigots.
